Calmaxim

A high-analysis source of micronized calcite and magnesium, combined in a free-flowing suspension with fulvic acid. Calcium is the trucker of all minerals and virtually all crops will benefit from a calcium supplement during the crop phase. Magnesium is a photosynthesis enhancer, which generally requires some supplementation in all cropping situations regardless of soil test results. Magnesium should be maintained at luxury levels for maximum yield.

Benefits Calmaxim

  • Enhances crop quality.
  • Increases the uptake of other elements.
  • Calcium and magnesium boost, without nitrogen or unwanted sulfate or nitrate carriers.
  • Can be used as “spoon feeding” option for light, sandy soils with poor retention of calcium.
  • Strengthens cells and optimizes plant health.
  • Optimizes photosynthesis, as magnesium is the central ion in a chloroplast molecule,
  • Magnesium is a phosphate synergist.
  • Calcium and magnesium are two of the “Big Four” elements that should always be maintained at luxury levels
  • Featuring slow-release nutrition, feeding the plant for a longer period.
  • Valuable in horticulture where constant use of NPK fertilizers may compromise calcium uptake.

Typical Analysis w/v

  • Calcium........................................................19.7%
  • Magnesium...................................................10.8%
  • Fulvic acid as Profulvic

Application Rates

Soil: minimum dilution 1:20 (50 ml on every 1 ltr)

Foliar: minimum dilution 1:25 (40 ml on every 1 ltr)

Handling/manual

Stir or shake concentrate in bottle thoroughly before use. Add the dispensed volume to your water or to your mixture and mix thoroughly. Fertigate the soil or spray the leaves. For foliar application, always spray at the beginning of darkness or when the lights go out. Do not spray prior to a “lights on” period. Spray only 1x a week. Dilute or agitate well before and during application. Spray tank will require constant agitation. Calmaxim will leave a visible residue on leaves and fruit when used as a foliar applicator. Soil applications may be preferable if this residue is commercially inappropriate.

Storage

Store in cool dry area out of direct sunlight. Store between 5°C- 25°C. Do not pre-mix or store Calmaxim in a diluted form for longer than 3 days.
